<<I understand that AAStudio is supporting 24 bit animation through AVI files. AVI isn't particularly known for it's quality, is there some new .AVI format that AAStudio uses?>> You have complete control over the quality of the AVI file. There are a number of different compression schemes that you can save that will give varying results. Depending on your playback needs, you will choose a different flavor or compression for your AVI. When using the software, as opposed to saving a playback clip, you are working in true 24 bit uncompressed format. This means there is absolutely no loss or degredation. -Brian
