John- <<haystacks>> Mystery solved – see Ted's note to us. <<MTV>> I don't "watch" MTV – I "keep an eye on it" <g> (In addition to our "too-young-for MTV" boys, I have 18 and 21 year-old stepchildren!). And I am really grossed out by an awful lot of the music/rap videos, and really hate to think of my little guys getting bombarded by that (it's pretty unavoidable). But I *do* watch, Reboot, Battle tech (under duress), B5, DS9, and recently VR5. (On reflection, it looks like I only watch shows with numbers in their names <g>- except I've never seen 90210 or 911 – so much for that theory). <<touch typing>> I refused to learn to type in high school on the theory that no matter how hungry I got, I'd never be forced to be a secretary …. and indeed, removing that option got me into some much more interesting jobs while studying. 'Course it would sure make like easier, now, and I am trying to badger the kids to learn, as a modern survival skill. 😉 Well, I've got to go install the Meshpaint demo. Let you know what I think.
