#Font conversion

Paul,
Come, come, now. I understand and am willing to abide the licensing
issue (now that I know it), and I understand how the lack of hinting
and kerning information will negatively affect their use in DTP
programs. These are all good and sufficient reasons for me to not
want to attempt to use the 3DS fonts in other applications.
I don't respond well to scare tactics, however. I would have to say
that the your paragraph above strikes me as extreme bullsh*t. Destroy
the low level format? _Really!_ That would be a virus, not a
legitimate software product produced by a reputable company. Your
lack of a full last name already tells me you are not a customer
service representative of Autodesk (at least not on this forum), so I
would be curious what you base your claim on.
Take Care,
Alan
