Julius, Thanks for the report. I'll check into it, but all the backups I've done, or anyone else here, have not had it report that it would need one more disk than it really needs. This might be a specific borderline case with your system, in which case the problem might be hard to reproduce. How big was the backup? Were both backups of the same data?
