Hi – I've just purchased an new Panasonic KXP2123 printer with colour option and seem to be having a problem with the SKIP PERFORATION function. I can set up the INITIAL SETUP MODE SETTINGS (replacement for the old DIP switches) to show that the SKIP PERFORATION is ON. But when I try printing it just prints right over the perforation. I can activated the Skip perforation with a software command and then it works just fine?? The initial Setup Mode settings have a default form length of 11 inches so the Skip perf should default to ON at first power up. Perhaps I am not understanding the manual correctly; but I suspect a bug in the Printer. Any help from Panasonic KX-P2123 owners would be greatly appreciated.
