It's hard for me to hope that you're not right. I don't think sugar-coating will help either – I intend to be straight-forward. Which isn't to say C= bashing, or that I won't offer praise and thanks on certain issues, but I see no point in offering some saccharine Hallmark message to them. They may not listen, but I think a sober, cool-headed letter has a better chance of doing something. Or so I hope. Paul
