I use IconLab in conjunction with DPaint. I create the icons images
(selected and non-selected) in DPaint, then cut them out as brushes
and save 'em. Then I use IconLab (it's old but it runs on a 1200) to
combine oops, convert the two brushes to icons then combine the two
icons into a single dual-image icon. The process could be a bit
simpler but what I've described works well for me.
