#map recommendation
I am looking for an atlas on CD for use with genealogy, preferably one
with a Windows interface. My primary need is locating counties for
specific towns. The atlas needs to have all counties and all the
towns for every state. I currently use the maps in "The World Book
Encyclopedia," but I now have The Software Toolworks "Multimedia
Encyclopedia" by Grolier. From an information standpoint, it is
better than "The World Book," but the state maps lack detail.
I called The Software Toolworks and inquired about their "US Atlas" CD, but
they said it does not have many towns. Can someone make a recommendation?
