Only CEL was announced to be immediately liquidated. CIL's assets are to
be transferred to unnamed trustees. While the likely scenario is that the
national companies will also be liquidated, that scenario is not what was
announced. Ownership of those companies is to be transferred to the
trustees. It's up to them what happens next.
