Alan, Would you apply your animated texture map to the tube itself? This would work as far as the tube goes, the color would change as the liquid moves, but it wouldn't provide for a surface of the liquid inside the tube itself. Would you also have some kind of disk or something inside the tube, moving inside the tube at the same time the map moves? Or what other alternatives have you thought of for the surface? I'm all Ferklempt. Discuss. -Brian
