At this point, all I can suggest is calling Paravision at 214-644-0043, asking
for tech support and getting an RMA number. It doesn't sound like your problem
is going to submit to "remote control" repair.
re your message: I did see that message and did respond to it some time ago. I
don't understand why you didn't get it. Sorry for the
communications gap.
