-> You're not alone. Over time, I suspect companies are going to have to bite the bullet and recognize that the profits they have become acustomed to are just not going to be there any more. Well the CEO of my company has gotten a raise and a big bonus while the stock keeps loosing money. Same with all the execs. The lower and middle level management as well as the non-management people are the ones that have to bit the bullet. Unfortunatly, it's a common story.
