Yes, DPS also makes an IBM version of the PAR. But it's not the same card as
the Amiga device. Therefore, buying the Zorro version is just that… an Amiga
only device. You'd have to purchase the IBM card (about twice the price) if
you wanted to use the PAR in a clone.
