The effect was not as noticable on my Sony 1440 and also the diamond shape of
the logo doesn't look distorted. So maybe it is a lighting problem (side
lighting casting a shadow on the lines – which are not really lines but boolean
holes cut in the logo diamond.
Thanks for the input. I suspected the PAR first and it still may be
contributing to the problem, but now I will look to some other possible
culprits.
