For art talent, check out your local Lightwave user groups. You can
find where they are through free computer magazines at local computer
shops. Also for artists you can visit design and art schools. I would
emphise finding people (If you are intereesed in designer for 3d)
people who can storyboard and show and edit their idas on paper,
before they create. Doing it on paper first saves time and money on
complex projects.
For programers search local C++ user groups and\or contact UC Irvine
for students with C and Either Director or Visual Basic exp. VB and
Director are great for protyping.
