Gregory,
We just completed some animations on the america's cup for PBS, we managed to
get some good looking water using a combination of sxps. I can't remember the
settings, but I have them at the office, I'll email you a project file, and
post it up here on the forum tomorow. Credit goes to Robert Quinn, one of my
coworkers for coming up with the water texture.
