Assuming you're talking about a humanoid type of face, Fit isn't really the way to go. Have you worked through the manuals, examples, CD, etc ? Briefly, you want to use either a RevSurf with vertically oriented CS's created in the Shaper, or simply loft a stack of horizontally oriented CS's along a straight path. With the SOR, draw profile curves vertically for a typical front & side view (4 profiles-f&b, l&r), then draw profiles for about 4 steps between the nose & ear, and a couple between ear & back of head. There's no need to mirror for the other half of the head, as they will be rotated when brought into the lofter. Pick a vertex on the SOR path which coincides with a CS, then bring each CS into the lofter path. Make sure they're aligned properly, tweak if necessary, and make the object. Otherwise, draw profile curves as if looking at the head from a top view, beginning with the base of the neck. Draw another as it would appear, moving up a little from the base of the neck. Continue on up to the top of the head. Refine your path in the lofter, placing vertices where each slice should go, and bring each CS into the path. I'm sorry, there's no easy way to do it or to explain it in a paragraph or two. I'd strongly suggest getting the YG's Skin.axp, if you need to do this type of stuff. BILL
