>> I am using a Trident VGA card with 1Mb memory (it works GREAT with Soft Engine in AutoCAD and with the generic SVGA driver in Windows). However, When I delete the supervga.drv file from the resource subdirectory, I still cannot access the Screen Size option from the pull-down menu. I receive a page fault error, so I can not even try to select the VESA driver. << bill; Trident (ex:8900) is a bit tricky in that it doesn't have the "exact" same op codes as many other SVGA cards. the included SUPERVGA.DRV is not stable with it. i have a Trident 8900 myself which i love, but i have run into many programs in which the supplied VESA driver did not work with it. the solution has been the same every time…. get on Trident's BBS and download THEIR VESA driver (TSR). load it at AUTOEXEC time and you'll have no problems running it with most Adesk apps. Trident BBS is 415-691-1016. -dave
