Adobe Premiere 4.0 is very cool, and yes, 3DS files will work with Premiere.
Premiere can uses the following 3DS-generated files as "clips":
Animations:
> .FLC
> .FLI
> Sequentially numbered .TGA, .TIF, etc.
Stills:
> .BMP
> .TIF
> .TGA
> .PCX
There are other formats as well (.AVI, .WAV, etc.), but those are the types of
files 3DS can "feed" Premiere.
