Dick, I've been eavesdropping on some of these threads about the bin problems because I also appear to be experiencing problems with bin selection. When I switch the driver (2.1.2) in Windows to mixed bins then attempt to print a Word document that is set to Lower on first page and Lower on other pages, I get the first page printed from the upper bin and subsequent pages printed from the lower bin. If I change the driver to Lower only, it works fine. Shouldn't the application override the driver setting? I upgraded away from the MS drivers because I have had a problem with users that has different versions of the MS PostScript driver (mixture of 3.53, 3.57, 3.58) not being able to share Excel spreadsheets. The user that created the sheet worked fine, the user trying to read the E-Mail sheet would get "Cannot Open Printer Driver" when they tried to Print or Print Preview the spreadsheet. I had to keep some of these people at differetn levels because we also have a QMS magicolor that didn't like the 3.58 driver. Any insights would be appreciated.
