Tony, According to my information, the 4V/4MV does not directly support either the C6 or A5 sizes, nor can it accept arbitrary (user-defined) paper sizes. If it could, it would know how they are fed in the MP tray and would position the images correctly. Comm 10 envelopes, for example, are supported by the printer and Word is able to print them correctly. Lacking printer support for these sizes, the user (or application) must request the printer for a larger, supported size and fudge the margins to obtain the desired result. This is what Word does (and every other Windows application that I've checked). Unfortunately, the 4MV was introduced after Word was released and Word is assuming that the feed orientation and position is the same as with a LJ 4M. This simply doesn't work with the 4MV regardless of the driver being used.
