Just got my Photo CD info package. It came quite quickly by calling
(800)-242-2424 EXT 77. For additional info try Ext 53.
So here is what I found out in the info pack.

View Photo CD images in any of five different resolutions–from thumbnail
resolution to preview images to full-detail resolution for
photographic-quality printing and enlargement.
