Actaully while the logical address space on the 386/486 chips is 4
terabytes (2^48), the physical ram space is limited to 4 gig (2^32).
The extra 16 bits of virtual address space are for use with virtual memory.
So I'm sorry to say, that your only going to be able to use up to 4gig of
ram <BG>. When you find the motherboard that supports it, and find a
powersupply big enough to heat the room, call me. <G>
