Well, at least I'm claiming "first" status. I've been trying to help
Allen and Stuart get many plug-in issues resolved, and for a while
there, it seemed like I was the only person outside of NewTek who'd
actually compiled one. I've adapted the makefiles to be Visual C
project files, which makes plug-in development a snap, if you're
familiar with Windows C programming. 🙂
No, InterChange for Windows is still in beta testing… but what we've
done is adapt the entire InterChange program into a second executable
that's actually a LightWave plug-in. The new plug-in actually
invokes all the other DLLs (aka, plug-ins) that actually compose
ordinary InterChange, so it's a case of plug-ins calling other
plug-ins!
Didn't I see you for a fraction of a second at NAB?
