Mitch, While others here may give you some tips/tricks for getting better quality out of the Miro DC1, I thought that I might point out that at its very best the DC1 and other boards that capture at 320x240ish or so with high compression algorithms will give you a much lower quality upon output than your input quality. The sampling rate alone, 320×240 is less than a quarter of what other "pro" boards do, and with compression ratios of over 10-1 there is bound to be a significant loss in detail. -John
