Premiere has a ton of options for it's output.. It also has quite a good manual. <g> I'm not in front of our workStation with Premiere loaded, and I can't remember all of the options, so I'll have to get back to you on this. The important thing to look for would be that you're doing output at 30fps (only 7 frames will be short..) or 15fps *maybe*, but that could look jerky. Are you saing you want to sustain each frame as it's displayed for a certain amount of time before it's changed to the next frame? What exactly is the look you're going for (besides not having it be jerky?) Are you sure it's not your playback?
