Joe, We are working with two separate items here. The support people on CIS are the editorial staff. They are responsible for accepting articles, editing them, and putting the magazine into printable form. They have no control over the things that happen after that. Nick Sullivan, Chris Zamora, Malcolm O'Brien, and Tim Grantham are the editors. Since last fall, an entirely separate group of people are responsible for the physical printing, mailing, etc., of the magazine. This group of people are employees of Croftward Publishing, and it is they who are falling down on the job. What we have done here – and I am also one of the guilty – is to blame the editorial staff for things they cannot possibly control, and it seems a bit pointless for them to continue coming here to answer questions they cannot possibly answer. What we NEED to do is call that 800 number given in the magazine and talk directly to Croftward about our subscription problems. Then, we can ask about other things here on the forum and expect answers, but only if our questions deal with the editorial content of the magazine over which our representatives have some kind of control. I feel sure Nick or Malcolm will correct me if I have made an error in assessing this situation. Betty
