The Amiga doesn't lag behind, it's the software developers that are lagging
behind! There's NO excuse for the Amiga WP to be version behind, and in
fact, it *SHOULD* be in the same rev as the Mac & PC stuff. As for DTP, I
think IMHO Professional Page, or PageStream are both good competetors in
the DTP market compared to PC or Mac apps. From what I've heard, Superbase
also has an MS-DOS version that the government uses, that's at least as
powerfull as it's Amiga counterpart.
On the whole, my personal opinion is that the software companies are afraid
of the Amiga!
