You might check out 'Editor' by Hash Enterprises. It purports to be an
anim converter tween formats.. Don't really know if it support Sculpt to
ANIM-5. (BTW, Sculpt v 4.09 has ANIM-5 creation, if you didn't already

I had the need to do what you are doing once (before 'Editor' was out) and
had to use the Sculpt player to play r-e-a-l s-l-o-w and capture images
one-by-one again, and then use another anim creator to put it back
together… that was a long time ago, however. –jp–
