Hi I have a question about HDTOOLS. When I try to read the parameters of a new drive we are thinking of marketing we get the messageUNIT IS NOT A DISK (TYPE 7). Ok there is a dip switch that lets us switch between type 0 and 7 and I have tried it both ways. Same message. What is HDTOOLS looking for? While it does not "appear" to read Drive CAP it does know enough to tell me I'm wrong when I try to enter 1 track too many. Puzzel of the week. Any help appreciated greatly.
