Paul: My Supra 14.4 works just fine at 9600 with CIS. Here are my Whap!
parameters:

7-Wire button ON
96 button ON
And then of course, you have to dial a 9600 baud CompuServe node. Not all
of CIS nodes are at 9600, so you will have to check the number listing for
your area. (GO PHONES). Hope you can get Whapping at 9600 soon!!
