Here is how I have my v32bis setup for whap! and a 2400 baud node.(There
shouldn't be any difference but the baud rate for a 9600)
Init: |~AT&F2|?K~~ATDT
Set 7-Wire
Everything else is just standard like what Whap! comes setup. If that
doesn't getting you going check your cable and make sure you have lines 4
and 5 present. Those are the lines for RTS/CTS.
