SCSI CD-ROMS

documentation, if you're running MS-DOS, no IRQs are used. So the IRQ
jumpers (W6 & W7) won't matter. There only used with Unix & Netware. The
defaults all worked for me. If another device is using memory space CA00h,
you will have to change the address jumpers W1, W2, & W3.

This is probably an audio cable to pass sound from the CD-ROM to the SB.
Is it connected from the back upper left of the Talon CD-ROM drive? If so,
where did your brother get it. I need one. Maybe it shipped with the drive
but I didn't get one.
>> I will check the alignment of the red dots on the cable to make sure
it's plugged in correctly. This is critical. If the colored edge of
the SCSI cable is not aligned to the number 1 on the SCSI board and on the
back of the CD-ROM drive, the drive won't work. Jim
