I checked the handbook from a to z and could`t find anything saying
something special about NTSC or PAL. However, if you wish I could call
Rossmoeller and ask. But to my understanding the recordingsystem is in this
case not from any importance. The price for the complete packed was DM
198.- (equal to US$ 122.-). – Horst –
