I travelled through by train to Morocco a few times (Valencia, Barcelona, Sevilla, Algeciras and back through Madrid to France) and now my wife is from Mexico, although when I try to speak Espanol with here she ignores me or laughs a lot, oh well! Seriously, I think your best program for the least money would be Hi-res QFX. It does everything you need, I think, and is only $1000 (targa or targa+) or $1250 (ATVista) – Lumena is much, much more $2500 for Targa 16 or $4000 for ATVista (ouch!). Do you have a targa, targa+ or ATVista (or compatible) video card because you will need one for any of these programs. It has paint functions and supports pressure-sensitive paintbrushes (Wacom support). Creates complex masks and deletes backgrounds, lasso parts of the image with lines or curves and edit the selected area (drag, add, delete points) and apply a function to that area.
