David, Yes…you can connect them via the serial ports…using a NULL modem cable. BUT, the question is, what do you plan on doing once they're connected? If it's to transfer files…then you need to run a terminal program on each end. If it's to have the MS-DOS machine act as a terminal to the Amiga, then you need to mount a device (such as AUX:) and open a CLI with input and output going to AUX:, if it's to network…then you need common networking software on each machine, and if it's anything else…then you'll have to let us know what you want to do before anyone could tell you how (of if it can be done) to do it. Don
