I originally tried this method, but it does not work properly for my
purposes as it also copies the second documents' fonts, rulers, etc.
Those items are what I'm trying to use from the original document, and
if I have to reset them for every import operation, then I'll have to
use Pagestream for what should be a simple word processing task.
