Swap CDs?
Arthur,
Unfortunately I am not the same Micky Newberry to whom you refer. I wish I
could sing well enough to make a living at it. However, I am glad that you
responded to my request for information anyway. I already have Loom, so I just
might plug that in for *the child* and see what happens. Someone else also
suggested Carmen and I tried it and she likes it!
I have not yet seen the Indiana Jones CD. Do you personally like it? I hate
to spend the money on it if it turns out to be too complicated for Mandy (the 7
yr old) but not up to entertaining the child in me.
BTW, have you seen The 7th Guest? I just received it in the mail a couple of
days ago and have managed to figure out some of the puzzles already in just a
few hours play time. I really like the game so far. I am not sure that it is
appropriate for children, at least the squeemish ones. It is a horror story
and does have some *unusual scenes* in places. Mandy has been looking over my
shoulder and is fascinated by it. The game does have a very sophisticated look
about it.
You are right, I am not looking for a baby sitter. We only get to have Mandy
visit us on occasion. So when she is here, I like to have things to do which
we can do together. Your ideas are right up my alley.
Thanks for your input — Mickey
