I just saw a demo of a kiosk system that was put together for Sears for
their automotive battery dept. — very slick, 24 bit graphics with about
1/3 screen animations and English/Espanol versions on the same CD-ROM
(both voice-overs and text).
Can you guess the platform it's based on? And their cost for the
hardware?
Made me ashamed that I had mentioned C= to my boss when we investigated
kiosk hardware.
