I don't get a light at the time a read is attempted and I already did a quick
and dirty attempt to see if the disk is turning by indexing the label in the
drive, attemting a read and then opening the case…..the label is always in
the same place.
I got my hands on a hardware checking program and I'm almost 100% sure that
I have no hardware conflict now.
