Well I don't know about the install system as mine was installed via the
dealer and I've had quite a few crashes requiring a manual install. I also seem
to have a few programs or features that don't work as advertised but nothind as
serious as yours.
Sorry I can't help any further really. It is a funny and difficult problem
however, especially if some software can open a full screen.
