Charles… Yeah I'm pretty convinced it is a hardware problem, at least partially. I have triedthe overscan program and it cannot correct thhhe the problem. In fact it doesn't seem to work properly in that I can make an adjustment in only one direction. The other points to grab don't work. The funny thing is that some programs, AD-Pro comes to mind, reset the screen when they load an image and I get full use of the screen. ImageMaster R/t doesn't work nor do most other programs. Very frustrating since I purchased this machine to do image processing for my Fargo Primera printer. ..Carl
