Without a video card, its maximum resolution is 832 x 624, and no, it will _not_ do 24-bit video without a card. However, there is an upgraded version, the PowerMac 6100AV. Its maximum resolution is 1152 x 870, and it _will_ do 24-bit video at resolutions up to 832 x 624. The 6100 is not upgradeable to the 6100AV, although it is possible that that upgrade may be offered in the future (it's basically just a plug-in card that adds those video capabilities, as well as NTSC input and output). ===Scott
