The hardest part about GPFax is that we arn't the only distributors for it and
our licencing agreement is different for the Supra Version and the Generic
version. If you have a "bad" disk, I can replace the disk, no problem, but if
you have the wrong version, we are limited in the amount of support we can give
in exchanging one version for another.
