>> I asked specifically about the bias setting because I thought it might be a simple answer: does the setting affect the shadow placement along the entire shadow, or just where it is close to the casting object. From my experience, the Bias setting seems to affect where the edge of the shadow engages the casting object and not the extents of the shadow itself. Any clarifications on this Gary or Jack? – Phil
