Try copying 1 frame (select all of frame) to the clipboard and pasting to a new
1
frame movie.Set that length to 20 or whatever. Copy the segment (frame-mode,
with any tool but selection tools) and paste back
into the original. Should be faster than 20 Ctrl-L's, certainly 400.
