Your comment about the lack of accuracy in 3DS as being a problem is interesting. I have often thought that this might be a blessing for conceptual design! Or is it more that the drawing tools are not there like in AutoCAD? Osnaps, etc.? Do you find that desinging in AutoCAD is easier because you are more familar with it than 3DS? (I am assuming that you have had AutoCAD longer than 3DS) Or is it easier editing tools that works for you? If so, could it be that if we just pressed on we would be as capable in 3DS? Or, do you really think that 3DS is not suited to design? I have not looked into the Ketiv blocks. Are they mapped? -Mike.
