FWIW, 9999×9999 would give you a file size of 286 MB if rendered in 24 bit
color and just over 96MB in 8 bit. Do you have the resources to create, store,
transport and print files this large? The 9999 pixel size may be a limit,
we'll have to await official word on this one.
