Christie, Just the other day I assembled an 8:43 min. clip with a 96 meg 44.1 KHz audio file. The audio file was played from a AV SCSI drive and the clip from the PAR drive, all without a problem, although the wave file does take some time to load. My system is a P90 with 32 megs of ram, IN:SYNC recommends 24 megs of ram to use Razor Pro and 32 megs to use Razor Pro with TransJammer's transitions. I'm not sure how much free RAM you have on your system, Microsoft's smartdrv.exe and ramdisk.sys etc. all use up system resources, so your free RAM may vary. Try to setup your system using the least amount of extended RAM as possible and try doing some edits in RP. I noticed you mentioned having a 6 min. audio with 30 seconds of media, you will not be able to play back this as a Project file with the MCI drivers from windows. The clip must be the same length or longer than the wave file in order to use the MPlayer from Windows. To work around this you need to do a loop on the last frame or add a series of still frames to the end of your clip to equal the length of your wave file. Good luck! -Mike
