Rick, I feel sure there will be many used PARs on the market once the PVR becomes readily available. If you know where to look, there will probably be some in a few trash cans <g>. Murphs giving a three day seminar on forensic animations in August, that seems to be the boom in the market these days. I was under the impression that the ASUS mother board was the Triton (Intel) chipset. I also thought it was the fastest. There seems to be as many opinions about the best chip out there as they are dealers. I know that Cameron will only deal with two different type motherboards, saying that they are the best. The only reliable ones, the ASUS and the AMI. Making the dual decision was a tough one. But I get the feeling that someone is going to take advantage of it. I never intended that 3D Studio would be the only animation software that I would be using. Besides, if I make a go of it, I will end up with an ALPHA machine next step.
